For our world book day event we are going to be doing the following experience
Opening a book swop shop- we are asking for our children to bring in books they dont want anymore and swopping with their friends who may have a book we would like.
This supports our children’s development in many ways such as
-supporting each other with sharing
-caring for our world
We hope everyone can take part ❤️❤️
As a setting we are promoting the love of reading through a book of the month in setting and for our parents to enjoy with their families if they want to purchase for home.
We have decided on this book as it works alongside our Mini minds scheme February month- Dreamasaurus.
At the Red House nursery we are part of the mini minds scheme which works on emotional regulation and ensuring our children are happy little humans.
I have enclosed an amazing website which gives wonderful parenting and your child’s development advice.
